I am old-fashioned enough to want to send you a very big "Thank you" not only for the way you looked after me yesterday, but also for the last 15 years. There was never any question that we would buy a replacement van from anyone else, and when the old van reached the end, you broke the news to me very gently and I've almost stopped grieving already.

The new van appears to be almost new, which I know is really due to your high standards of care.

I was very pleased with the way the swap-over worked, the disposal of the old van, paperwork, the video (fun), the vans side by side.

I cannot overemphasise the importance to us knowing that there is a friend onn the end of the phone, wherever we are, who will sort us out.

Purchased our caravan form Viscount, the service during the purchase was first class, there were a few very minor problems with our van during the first 12 months that were resolved at lightning speed. After the 12 month period of the warranty supplied which was extended by myself there were problems with the fresh water system, Viscount arranged for a mobile technician to come to the site that we were at and the problem was solved. I cannot express the gratitude for the excellent customer support and service supplied, the statement by Viscount about excellent customer after sales service could not be more true. I drove for nearly 4 hours to collect & purchase my caravan, it was also the first time I had viewed it! A very scary time and a huge deal for me. I had much communication with Charles & Will and nothing was too much trouble. Charles answered all my questions and I was made to feel at ease with the sale and my nerves were understood and alleviated. I had nothing to worry about their site is professional and well organised. The staff are smart and very friendly nothing was too much for them and I was remind several times that they will always be their for any advice or help. I received a film running through the whole set up of my caravan, which I have viewed several times and is easy to jump to the point I'm looking for. I love my caravan and Viscount Leisure are simply the best.

We were casually looking for the right motorhome for us, we knew what we wanted as this is our 3rd for us and have been all over europe so we have an eye for detail. I will also say i have little regard for dealers in the scheme of things so was wary and cynical from the start, but the van seemed what we wanted and so we travelled 200 miles to see it. I was impressed with the van and decided to buy it. The sale was very efficient and relaxed given the strange times we are in right now. What i was not prepared for was the incredibly high standard after service . a few small niggles were dealt with before i picked it up, but one thing could not be dealt with immediately and so a second visit at my convenience was arranged. A courtesy car was provided, and i dont mean some old banger lying round the back either. A lovely little car it was. The problem was sorted as promised. Nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious the company cared and it shows. The last motor home we kept for 7 years and i imagine this will do the same at least for us, but i Promise that if i ever need another motorhome this company will be my first port of call. 

When you make a 450 miles round trip to see a used caravan with a particular desired layout you check the unit out carefully, but you check the dealer out even more carefully. Very much worth while. A couple of weeks later we made another 450 miles round trip to collect it and test it thoroughly and, lo and behold, an obscure fault was found. Viscount Leisure stepped up to the mark and were very helpful in sorting it out. No ifs, no buts, just results. Thanks guys. Super dealer. Worth the trip.

From start to finish service was outstanding. No pressure selling at all from Jasper and supplied with hot beverages on arrival. All effort made to accommodate our needs for collection and received an hour and a half hand over of caravan from a brilliant technician who had us highly amused with his banter. Even a few gifts given to us as we left. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes good service and honesty.

Refreshing perfect service from all members of the team at Viscount. From our initial visit to completion of purchase we were given friendly professional help and advice. At no time were we pressured by the sales team, the handover session was extremely helpful and informative. The caravan we purchased is four years old but in almost new condition. Although we don’t envisage any problems we are confident that we would receive the same good service if we do. Can totally recommend viscount leisure.

We were happy with the after sales service given to us by John Piper and other colleagues. After collecting it, when the vehicle developed some initial faults (boiler cut out and TV fuse) during the first week, we were able to return to Viscount Leisure who were able to rectify the faults.

Having just bought our very first (used) caravan from Viscount Leisure I can honestly say the service from them has been outstanding. John in sales was extremely pleasant and helpful with no hard sell tactics and made the whole process hassle free. They put up with me popping in on more than one occasion with my newbie questions whilst awaitng the collection date and I was always greeted with a friendly welcome and helpful advice. On collection day our handover was extrememly comprehensive, taking us through how everything worked and how to set it up. The aftersales from Alan has also been superb, a small issue with a fan inside the grill needing rectifying has been dealt with fantastically, even allowing me to drop the caravan off days before the work was to be done due to a change in my working week hours. Sometimes it's the small things that make a difference and being so accomodating with this is certainly a testament to that. Nothing seems to much trouble for these guys! Amanda in the shop has been great too, always willing to offer advice on what I needed and even stuff I didn't or could wait before buying, putting the customer before profit in my book speaks volumes. I would not hesitate in recommending Viscount to anyone, absolutely brilliant and customer focused. Thanks guys!

I contacted many dealers to get a provisional trade in price for my existing motorhome - some offered silly offensive prices / some didn’t even return my call - Charles at Viscount not only returned my call but we provisionally agreed a sensible trade in package - subject to inspection - I’m absolutely delighted that this ended with me driving away a brand new motorhome. Today customer service standards across many industries can be very disappointing - NOT at Viscount - Superb Service / amazing attention to detail - as a customer I was made to feel exactly how it should be. We bought a caravan from Viscount at the end of 2019, to be shipped out to us here in New Zealand. Jasper and the team were incredibly patient with all my questions and requests, we ended up not only buying the caravan (which is flippin awesome!) but a Vango porch awning, battery and cables. My brother in law was able to visit Jasper a couple of times to look over the van in the first place, and to be 'a face and contact in the UK' with negotiations too. Viscount Leisure made the whole UK end of purchasing a caravan hassle free and even took the van to the docks for us for loading. Nothing was too much trouble. The van arrived here in NZ 2 months later and it was just as good as we hoped it would be from the photos sent to us. Fully serviced with all the documentation and very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Viscount Leisure to anyone in the UK and further afield buying a RV. 

This is the first time we have purchased from Viscount Leisure and it will NOT be the last. Charles, showed us the Swift Challenger Spot 514 in January, we loved it and put a deposit down. We were unable to store the van until 21st Feb and it was no trouble for them to look after it until we were ready. Well we picked it up today, we have throughout our purchase been in constant touch via email and phone re the TV bracket that we wanted fixing to the bedroom wall. This was no trouble for Chris and it was only installed on the day when we agreed the position. Nothing has been to much trouble for sales or service team. We would also like to thank the service man who gave us the 2 hour introduction to our van. We are sorry his name has slipped our minds. We are so looking forward to our first trip away. We have had several dealings with Viscount over the years from purchases to service work. I am only impressed by the ethos of the company which is totally customer focused. From booking to test drives and also answering stupid questions that I throw at them they are nothing but helpful. I have recommended them on several Face Book groups as I hear so many bad stories of how dealerships have let people down from all over the country. They are nothing but professional. We recently purchased a Hymer Motorhome from you and I submitted a very positive review of your service. However, a minor fault occurred with the van necessitating the fitting of a new part. I rang the after sales office and spoke to Chris about the problem. He immediately ordered the new part and it arrived in less than a week. We were then booked in to have the component fitted and a little while later we drove down to Burseldon. We were met by Denise who showed us round the courtesy car which was ours for the day. After a cup of coffee, we went off in the car to nearby Warsash where we had a very pleasant pub lunch. We returned soon after to find the van ready. After a quick look round we were on our way. We have dealt with Viscount Leisure for many years and we have always been very satisfied with the service. The caravan and motorhomes are always first class giving good value for money. The staff are very friendly giving a family feel to the business and they offer an excellent service giving help and advice whenever you need it. 

Bought swift caravan, did not feel pressured by salesman, who was knowledgable and helpful, collection walkthrough very helpful and informative , took van back once and was treated very well and nothing too much trouble,would definitely buy again from here.

First time using Viscount Leisure but we were very pleased with their service. The staff were excellent and made the whole transaction easy and pleasurable.

Within 20 minutes of arriving I had the deal I wanted from a team that practice the ‘no pressure ‘ system of salesmanship and within a week I was driving away with my pride and joy . The caravan was so clean I thought it was new and the handover was done at my pace , not sped through , so I got a complete understanding of the systems . A few items needed seeing to after my first stay in the caravan and these were dealt with enthusiastically and thoroughly , not an experience I’ve enjoyed before . I can honestly say that I have never visited a dealership like this and it should be used as an example to others of how to do it properly .

After an absence of some years from caravanning, my wife and I were seeking a caravan that had a tall fridge and a wet heating system. Having investigated dealers in our local area (East Yorkshire) and found nothing suitable that met our needs especially in equipment and price, a search of the internet alighted on a suitable caravan being advertised by Viscount Leisure. From the initial contact to taking delivery of the caravan the entire process was one smooth operation. We would definitely recommend dealing with Viscount Leisure as the service we received was second to none.

We have owned quite a few Motorhomes over the years and we have therefore met many dealers. Some have been good, some have been not so good. We found our latest Motorhome, a Hymer, on Viscount Leisure's website and it looked very attractive so we drove down to Southampton to have a look. The vehicle was in splendid condition, very well presented and it was just what we were looking for. The salesman, John Piper, was attentive, but not pushy and we decided there and then to buy the van! The whole process of trade in and signing on the dotted line was carried out in a very pleasant manner. Three weeks later, we drove down to Viscount for the hand over. This was carried out by Andy, another very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member. One or two minor issues with the van were sorted out speedily and we were soon on our way to spend the night at a local campsite, recommended by Viscount, as a 'shake down'. All was well, apart from leaving some of our stuff in the old van! We returned the following morning to collect our bits and bobs and bid farewell to Andy and John. Attentive and accommodating, we were allowed time alone to explore and try the various options before choosing a 6 Mtr Motorhome. They even brought it to our home to try the fit in our parking space. 

As newbies to motorhoming, and this being a first time purchase, we visited a couple of different motorhome dealers to compare the information and advice on offer. Of the ones we visited Viscount impressed us the most, both with the deal that we were offered, and the level of service we received from Charles the salesman, who is extremely helpful and a really nice guy; Andy who carried out an induction in a way that was informative, helpful and easy to understand; and finally Chris in the service department who is extremely polite, friendly and helpful, attributes that would be sure to make customers more likely to return in the future when needing servicing or repairs. 

Having recently purchased a new caravan from the Company we wish to acknowledge the attentive service that we received from John Piper during the consultation period. At no time was any pressure exerted and we felt comfortable in all aspects of the transaction. In addition we would thoroughly recommend the Induction process offered by the Company and delivered in our instance, by Adey. We are experienced caravanners but learnt a few extra tips along the way.

We purchased our first caravan from Viscount. We made the staff aware that we were novices at caravanning. They put our minds at ease as they gave us sound advice, we found them very helpful and understanding. We can't thank them enough, many thanks.

The service was really good from the first point of contact - really knowledgeable sales and service staff - what I really liked was the fact that whilst we were choosing which motorhome to go with, we were left alone and not pressured. Will went that extra bit further as he actually picked us up from the train station on the day of pickup which was a very nice touch. The aftersales and handover was also very good - even when I had a question a couple of days / weeks later, as this was my first motorhome, I got a reply / phone call back within hours. My only suggestion would be for first time motorhome owners, is it may be worth explaining what does and doesn't work when not connected to mains in a bit more detail as this does not always become apparent until after you have left. Definitely would recommend Viscount.

The staff and service were beyond belief, the kindness and consideration and courtesy of all staff was astounding. The degree of the end product of my new motorhome appears A1. So many thanks to all staff involved.

From initial ordering of our lovely new motorhome, to finally picking her up, the service provided by Viscount was excellent. We have just collected our Buccaneer Caravel and we were very pleased with the reception we received. I would like to thank everybody but especially John who dealt with our purchase. We were very impressed with the competitive prices, having searched for a few months for this particular caravan and found this one at Viscount £3000 less than others advertised. Excellent service from start to finish. Jasper the salesperson was very welcoming and answered all of my questions whilst viewing the caravan and with all of the documentation from start to finish. We have had our Mobile Home for about 8 months now and love it. We bought it new from Viscount Motorhomes and have had first class service and customer care from day one. Just this weekend (June 24th 2017) we called in to have a table wobble looked at for a warranty claim and within 30 minutes we were all set with a new table and pedestal installed! Nothing is too much trouble and we would not hesitate in recommending Viscount Motorhomes to any prospective customer. With a particular thank you to Chris Colley for being so responsive and positive in dealing with our table issue.

Bought this great motorhome in March, 3 months in and we're never home! Its fantastic, everything works as it should, the design is good, the full length continental bed is very comfortable. Nothing we don't like ???? Wasn't sure about the auto gearbox but wouldn't be without it now. This Sunlight is fantastic value for money and we had great service from Neil & aLL the motorhome team at Viscount, thanks guys.

An acknowledgement of the terrific efforts by Will of Viscount's Sales Team to assist us in New Zealand to purchase a new Motorhome in which to tour the UK and Europe. We approached Viscount on the merits of the reviews on their website and only because we had left our run too late in the order process, have we been unable to proceed in obtaining the particular vehicle we wanted. No list of questions went more than 24hours before clear responses came back to us in New Zealand and not only answers, but some good lateral thinking alternatives too in an endeavour not to see us disappointed. We are only sorry that we couldn't convert all their goodwill and hard work into our desires. Our first motorhome was a swift, which was showing some signs of wear and tear. We bought a Sunlight T64 from Viscount motorhomes. It was like going from a mini to a Range Rover! 
Neil helped us through the whole purchase in a supportive friendly manner and then Chris helped me to understand how things worked. I have made several phone calls from foreign fields to check on things when I was unsure and they have always helped me out. They are a professional, friendly team that I would recommend without hesitation. I feel that I can rely on their knowledge and expertise to guide me in the future. Just picked up my new Sunlight yesterday. Everything promised has been done, great handover demonstration.I found the whole team to be very helpful, and you can tell it is a family business by the level of care and consideration they give.I am sure we will have a great relationship going forward.

We are over the moon with our Autotrail motorhome from Viscount Motorhomes. We are looking forward to lots of trips in the UK and further afield. We collected our Coral on Saturday 13th May from Adrian at viscount, after ordering it from him in February. The wait was so well worth it, the service and help we received from Viscount was excellent. We are totally delighted with our purchase, and would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased our Auto Sleeper from Viscount earlier this month and have just returned from our first trip in it, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff at Viscount - particularly Neil, who we dealt with - were extremely helpful right from the start. This is our first motorhome so we particularly appreciated his patience in answering all our questions. At no point did we feel that we were being pushed into anything we were not comfortable with. Neil was friendly and supportive and when we collected our motorhome the handover and advice from the technical team was first class too. All in all a good experience and we would certainly recommend the team at Viscount to others considering purchasing a motorhome.

After many years of caravanning we decided, late last year, to change to a motorhome. The advice we received from the staff at Viscount was excellent and the deal we agreed with them was very competitive and fair. Subsequently we have had some additional items added to the motorhome and the after sales service has been equally as good.
