Superb Service !!!!!…………….Had a minor issue with our recently purchased caravan whilst on site in Wareham, it had a control panel fault…..within 3hrs of calling Viscount the fault wasn’t just repaired, the panel was replaced. We bought our Adria from Amanda and had a handover from Chris in November, 23. To say these guys were amazing is a bit of an understatement: they were always so kind and nothing, literally nothing, was too much trouble. All our questions were treated with such respect even though they must have answered the same questions time and time again with other customers. When it came to collection day, we had to cancel the arrangement with an hour to go for a situation beyond our control; but even then, it was no trouble whatsoever. They couldn't have been more helpful. Can’t recommend these guys enough, no sales pressure just a genuine people who are passionate about caravans. After purchasing our first caravan they kindly explained what we needed in the way of accessories and ensured we were 100% ready for our first trip.
